Current student

Information for current students

Current out-of-district waivered students, in grades 1-12, will need to apply annually for a waiver but will be able to remain at their current school until their next level of transition,  (e.g. elementary to middle school; middle school to high school) as long as a new waiver has been submitted prior to the start of the new school year.  All efforts will be made to keep all approved waivered students in their current feeder pattern during the transition period.

Current in-district  waivered students in grades 1-12, do not need to apply annually, their waiver is approved through their next level of transition, (e.g. elementary to middle school; middle school to high school). All efforts will be made to keep all approved waivered students in their current feeder pattern during the transition period.

Moving? - If you are a current student and move out of your resident school address, you will be able to remain at that school through the next level of schooling. You must complete a waiver request following the procedures outlined in School Board 3131P.  Please submit waiver within 2 (two) weeks of moving.  Approval is based on successful academic, attendance and discipline records.

Kindergarten waivers are for one year only.
