Parents can prepay on their student's accounts by sending cash or check (made out to Northshore School District). Parents may also pay online using a VISA (credit/debit), MasterCard or Discover card using a secure Internet site called PayPAMS.
PayPAMs (Parent Account Management Systems)
To set up an account, visit PayPAMS. The first time you contact PayPAMS, you will be asked to register your information and choose the student(s) you wish to link to your credit card payments.
Benefits of PayPAMS include:
- Payment access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the Internet or telephone
- Schedule automatic payments based on account balance
- Review of cafeteria purchases online
- Email notification of account balances
The PayPAMS program accepts VISA (credit/debit), MasterCard and Discover cards. PayPAMS will charge a $1.95 processing fee for each payment transaction. There is no charge for parents to sign their students up with PayPAMS in order to check student balances or view cafeteria purchases.
Fees are not charged when a family pays by cash or check (made out to the Northshore School District) at school. The student's ID number should be included with all payments. The school district does not accept credit card payments via the Food Service phone number.
How You Can Track Meal Balances
View balances and get balance notifications with the Northshore School District Mobile App. The mobile app is free and available in the App Store or Google Play (iOS or Android only) by searching for "Northshore School District".

You can also view your student's meal account balance with PayPAMS by going online or with the Mobile App at PayPAMS.
