The school will serve 500 elementary students, and it is expected to open in fall 2020. The site is part of the District’s plan to accommodate the growth the District has experienced over the past few years.

The Capital Projects team consists of instructional staff, architects, engineers, construction managers, land use specialists, and office professionals, all striving to develop facilities that best support our students and instructional programs.
We oversee the planning, design, and construction of schools and administrative facilities throughout the district.
The construction crews at the Skyview/Canyon Creek expansion project have been busy all summer long preparing the grounds for the new building, which will add 30 new classrooms.
The Northshore School District Board has announced that Inglemoor High School’s new performance and instruction building will be a concert hall. A steering committee will inform the conceptual design of the new structure.
