Merchandise Return, Repair or Exchange

Technology

All technology equipment repairs (computers, printers, multi-media equipment such as cameras, projectors, etc.) must first be routed through the Technology Department (x7750).
 

Non-Technology

For equipment that needs to be repaired or returned that is not audio visual or computer equipment:
 
  1. Call the Purchasing Department prior to sending items. 
  2. Complete the Request for Return/Exchange of Merchandise form and send to the Purchasing Department along with the packing slip and/or invoice, if available.  The form is available from the Graphics Center.
  3. Wait for instructions before sending any items to Purchasing.
