School Network Modernization Phase 4 Invitation for Bid

Notice is hereby given that Northshore School District No. 417 will receive sealed bids for the School Network Modernization Phase 4 project for work to modernize network facilities at Inglemoor High School, at six Middle Schools, at our Secondary Academy for Success, and at our Support Services and Warehouse buildings. The modernization will primarily add or replace copper data cabling in ceiling and overhead locations, with a smaller amount of in-wall installations for locations converted to work spaces due to District growth.  Bids shall be submitted to the Northshore School District Administrative Offices, ATTN: Ashley Clericus, 3330 Monte Villa Parkway, Bothell, WA 98021. All bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 3:00PM on May 14, 2019.  Each bid shall be in accordance with the Invitation for Bid Documents. Small businesses and Minority and Women-Owned businesses are encouraged to apply.

Copy Machine Leases and Maintenance RFP

Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the Northshore School District No. 417, Bothell, WA, from qualified Bidders for Copy Machine Leases and Maintenance. Proposals are due at 3:00 P.M., April 3, 2019. District is requesting proposals for new lease and maintenance agreements for approximately 76 Multi-Function Devices and equipment for the Graphics Department including two black and white digital copiers and a color digital copier. Additional services needed include installation, training, and ongoing maintenance. District intends to execute a five-year lease and maintenance agreement. District is also requesting software or web-based solutions that may be added to this five-year agreement at the sole discretion of the District.

Small Works Roster

The Small Works Process may be used on public works projects with an estimated cost of $300,000 or less. The Northshore School District (NSD) maintains its own Small Works Roster (SWR). If you would like to be a part of the SWR please review the application packet (below) and return a completed SWR Application to Ashley Clericus via email at or by mail to:

Please make note of the following if you wish to complete an application:

  • Application expires one year after signature date & will be removed from the SWR
  • Requirements that contractors shall comply with include, but are not limited to:
    • NSD General Requirements (included in application packet)
    • Must be able to provide a current Certificate of Insurance meeting NSD Requirements
    • Must be able to provide a Performance/Payment Bond on projects over $150,000
    • RCW 18.27 Registration of Contractors
    • RCW 39.12 Prevailing Wages on Public Works
